🔄 Instant Return at Delivery
You may check your product in front of the delivery person. If you don’t like it, you can return it right away by paying the Delivery Charge only.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
All items are eligible except those marked on sale.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

Exchange Process
If you want to exchange for a different size or color, message us with your request.
We’ll send a replacement parcel to your address.
When the new parcel arrives, you must hand over the original item to the delivery agent.
Please make sure the item is properly packed for return.
Delivery charges apply for all non-defective exchanges.
Return & Refund Process
If you choose to return instead of exchanging:
Send the parcel to our warehouse via PATHAO or Steadfast Home Delivery.
After verifying the item’s condition, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges) to your bKash wallet.
Message us your bKash number via Facebook Messenger.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective item:
Contact us immediately via Messenger.
We will send a replacement free of charge, including shipping costs.
Logistics & Delivery
All exchanges and returns must be done via home delivery services (PATHAO or Steadfast).
We do not support return pickups or courier drop points at this time.
